For the week ending April 25th, 2008 the Single Family Home category is winning! The number of Active listings is down and Pending Sales are Up! The number of homes closed is down this week, but normally homes tend to close near the end of the month. Expect to see Closed sales higher next week. All in all, it appears that spring is finally here in full swing. Leaves are finally beginning to appear on trees, albeit 2 or 3 weeks late.
